We have recently benefited from support provided by the Norfolk County Council’ Drive Programme which has enabled us to further invest into the buiness to be able to provide support to education with Virtual Welding, helping to promote welding as a career opportunity in the region – with a view to helping bridge the skills gap in the metal fabrication industry; at the same time, we were also able to utilise the same programme for the development of a bespoke business management system, digitising our manual systems to significantly improve overall efficiency and enhance our capabilities.
